The Intercultural Development Inventory® and Debrief
The Intercultural Development Inventory® measures intercultural development for individuals along the Intercultural Development Continuum (IDC TM). The IDI® provides baseline information about an individual’s intercultural development to facilitate self-awareness about her or his orientation to and engagement with cultural differences and similarities. Increasing self-awareness is fundamental for developing a plan to improve the individual’s capability with bridging cultural differences successfully.
Sights on Success Consulting offers the IDI® as a prerequisite and entry point for participation in other service offerings.

Peer Mentoring Cross-Cultural Sharing Circle
Sights on Success Consulting designs and facilitates customized cross-cultural sharing circles to help leaders and teams improve their capability with cultural differences.
The cross-cultural sharing circle, as designed by Sights on Success Consulting, has proven to be a powerful learning and development tool. It helps participants to build on their knowledge of cultural differences in a safe, supportive, and constructive environment. Each participant is regarded as a mentor who teaches others about her or his own culture: values, beliefs, practices, etc. The expression, peer mentoring suggests that all cultures are believed to be equal. Each culture is neither more nor less valuable than another.
In addition, the cross-cultural sharing circle helps participants to increase their awareness of cultural differences and their self-awareness about their own culture. They also learn to develop some key attitudes such as humility, empathy, and being non-judgmental, and some key skills such as listening that are necessary for improving their capability to bridge cultural differences.
The cross-cultural sharing circle is offered on a regular basis during a period determined by the client to provide the most advantage and value. In order to participate in the sharing circle, the client must first complete the IDI® and debrief.

Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory®
The Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory® measures an individual’s core or authentic approach for resolving conflicts. It helps the client to understand her or his and other people’s approaches for resolving conflicts in order to make the necessary adaptations.
The Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory® can be included in a leadership coaching package. Individual clients need to complete the IDI® before taking the ICS Inventory®.
